Location: Remote in the U.S., with required onsite presence at the client office in Los Angeles, California, approximately 2 days per week

What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Architecture workstream for a multi-pillar Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP program from discovery through target architecture, configuration, and go-live.
• Define and ratify the target-state reference architecture covering Oracle Fusion applications, the PaaS extensibility layer, integrations, data and analytics, identity, and security.
• Own the Oracle Fusion Business Process Master List, including scoping, tailoring, validation, and AI-assisted discovery of processes embedded in the legacy ERP.
• Map cross-functional value streams such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Hire to Retire across the full application landscape.
• Design integrations between Oracle Fusion and tax, procurement, financial consolidation, HCM/payroll, e-commerce, lease accounting, and enterprise iPaaS platforms.
• Advise on inventory architecture options and sequence related PLM, WMS, EPM/consolidation, and payroll/HCM initiatives against the ERP program.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP enterprise architecture and transformation programs.
• Experience leading Phase 0 discovery, target-architecture definition, design authority, and multi-pillar ERP delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, PaaS extensibility, integration architecture, data and analytics layers, and identity/security models.
• Experience designing integrations across finance, tax, procurement, planning, HCM/payroll, e-commerce, inventory, warehouse, and lease accounting systems.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, run discovery and design workshops, and operate autonomously in a lean IT environment.
• Ability to attend the client office in Los Angeles approximately 2 days per week for the duration of the engagement.
