Fulfilment Site Lead (Supply Chain)

Location: Fulfilment sites throughout the Netherlands: Utrecht, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Heerenveen, Zwolle, Nijmegen, and Geldermalsen. Location flexibility across Operations sites is required.

What you will do

• Own weekly, period, and annual site performance across safety, quality, cost, and operational KPIs.
• Build a high-performance, customer-first culture where teams are supported, motivated, and accountable.
• Coach Operations Managers and Supervisors and develop leadership capability across the site.
• Drive retention, perfect deliveries, delivery capacity, UPH, cost, and operational standards.
• Lead Lean programs and 6S standards to deliver sustainable continuous improvement.
• Manage critical incidents, escalations, operational planning, continuity, complex HR cases, and external stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of operations experience, including experience with large multi-shift teams.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong KPI-driven results orientation, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical incident management skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch, with flexibility to work at fulfilment sites across the Netherlands.
