Delivery Station Team Lead (Logistics)

Location: Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands; onsite delivery-station work

What you will do

• Support the supervisor with daily delivery-station operations.
• Lead associates, sorters, and drivers during assigned shifts.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate timely delivery dispatch.
• Conduct team briefings and uphold safety, quality, and workplace organization standards.
• Identify performance or service-quality issues and coordinate with transport and customer-service teams.
• Train new team members on station processes and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
