Team Lead Receiving (Logistics)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands. Onsite role working in the Veldhoven factory on a two-shift support schedule.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the Receiving team of approximately 20 FTE.
• Manage receiving, sorting, booking, and timely put-away of materials to AS/RS and non-AS/RS stock locations.
• Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality daily operations and on-time, in-full delivery to internal customers.
• Set priorities, manage staffing, coach employees, delegate work, and evaluate team performance.
• Monitor daily and tactical performance, resolve operational issues, and prevent recurrence.
• Drive LEAN, 5S+1, continuous improvement, and cross-sector logistics projects.

Requirements

• MBO+ or HBO education in logistics, industrial engineering, or business engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leading or coordinating logistics position.
• Experience with dynamic working environments, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Strong people management, coaching, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand end-to-end processes, identify bottlenecks, and manage operational priorities.
• Certificate of conduct (VGB) and successful Known Consignor training are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP EWM and ECC.
• Experience with LEAN improvements and project management.
