What you will do

• Lead a team of approximately 20 FTEs to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of materials for internal customers.
• Manage daily and tactical performance, monitoring SLAs and resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure a safe working environment by proactively identifying risks and promoting a safety-first mindset.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using LEAN and 5S+1 methodologies to optimize receiving operations.
• Manage HR policies, including coaching, delegation, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers and other internal hirify.global departments to align operational plans.

Requirements

• MBO+ / HBO degree in logistics, industrial, or business engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leading or coordinating logistics position.
• Proven experience in warehousing and distribution processes within dynamic environments.
• Strong people management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a support schedule (2 shifts).
• Required: Certificate of conduct (VGB) and successful completion of Known Consignor training.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with SAP (EWM & ECC).
