Warehouse Team Leader (Genomics)

Location: Onsite in Eindhoven, Netherlands; shift basis, Sunday through Friday, averaging 40 hours per week.

Base salary: €33,000–€49,600 per year, plus potential variable cash compensation and an 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations hands-on alongside Material Coordinators.
• Guide, coach, support, and motivate team members while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Execute goods receipt, material handling, storage, picking, packing, and internal deliveries.
• Monitor workflows, assign priorities, and adjust resources to meet operational needs.
• Ensure warehouse activities follow safety requirements, quality standards, SOPs, and site procedures.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and inventory integrity, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams in an operational or logistics environment.
• Hands-on experience with daily warehouse activities and warehouse-floor operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and people-leadership skills.
• Understanding of safety and quality requirements; experience in a regulated or high-quality environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Valid Dutch VOG background check is required; failure to provide one may lead to withdrawal of the offer or termination.

Hiring process
