Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees can work almost anywhere within the country of employment.

Base pay: $195,000–$255,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $173,000–$233,000 per year in all other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Own the checkout experience where consumers select and review payment terms.
• Design and run experiments to improve how consumers understand and choose terms.
• Define and launch UX patterns using research insights, quantitative data, and collaboration with design and analytics.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements affecting the user experience.
• Work with international product partners to adapt the terms experience for new markets while maintaining a coherent design system.
• Set the roadmap, align cross-functional stakeholders, and lead execution from discovery through launch and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong product and user-experience judgment, with a focus on clear and considered interactions.
• Analytical rigor and experience interpreting data, qualitative research, and experiment results.
• Strong execution, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, research, Legal, and Compliance.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
