Senior PeopleSoft Engineer (ERP)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support PeopleSoft customizations for HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
• Build Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts.
• Develop SQR reports, BI Publisher solutions, and AWE workflows.
• Optimize SQL performance and support PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with functional teams, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions, including upgrades and AWE.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; new H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Fluid UI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database administration.
