Trade Operations Quality Analyst

Location: Hybrid schedule near the Charlotte, NC office; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus variable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor daily and recurring trading workflows, reports, quality controls, data accuracy, exceptions, and operational risk.
• Review operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, breaks, and areas requiring follow-up.
• Maintain dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and reporting covering order generation, SLA performance, rebalancing, exceptions, and control effectiveness.
• Investigate anomalies, document findings and impacts, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
• Support business testing and validation of reporting, workflow, configuration, and system changes.
• Maintain procedures and control documentation while identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve workflow consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in trade operations or a closely related role.
• Practical knowledge of order generation, rebalancing, allocations, model or portfolio data, restrictions, exceptions, and operational controls.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to investigate breaks, reconcile information, and identify recurring patterns.
• Working proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, filters, and data validation.
• Experience with operational reports, dashboards, metrics, user acceptance testing, business validation, or workflow and system changes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience; US work authorization is required and visa sponsorship is not available.
