Registered Architect (Corporate / Industrial)

Location: Hybrid in Bloomington, Minnesota; three days in the office and two days working from home

Salary: $89,095–$114,160 per year

What you will do

• Lead and contribute to design efforts for corporate and industrial projects, including work for Fortune 500 clients.
• Develop schematic designs, prepare and edit specifications, and produce construction documentation.
• Serve as Project Architect and coordinate multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
• Manage fee estimates, project budgets, schedules, and multiple project priorities.
• Develop proposals and client presentations while maintaining client relationships.
• Identify industry and market trends to support new business development objectives.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Architectural registration in Minnesota or the ability to become registered within one year of employment.
• 10–15 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Design experience on corporate projects; educational and government project experience is advantageous.
• Project management capabilities covering multitasking, time management, budgeting, communication, presentations, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Nice to have

• Architectural registration in additional states.
• Experience with educational and government projects.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
