Architect, Industrial

Location: Hybrid work based in Denver, Colorado, or Phoenix, Arizona, United States; four days in the office with flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays.

Salary: $77,000–$119,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically sound solutions for industrial and workplace architectural projects.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, and project documentation with the design team, project manager, and BIM manager.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and develop technical solutions aligned with design intent, budgets, and schedules.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts and integrate QA/QC procedures and practice standards into project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and participate in client presentations.
• Manage time and deliverables to support project work plans and successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a graduate degree is not required unless mandated by local licensure regulations.
• At least six years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional architectural licensure is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software.
• Competence in technical design, solution evaluation, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking.
• Current portfolio or work samples must be submitted in PDF format.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
