Field Service Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Sweden, living in the Jönköping–Gothenburg region; 100% travel across Sweden, with possible business trips to other Nordic countries and overnight stays.

What you will do

• Install and commission hirify.global equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and fault analysis within customer production processes.
• Provide user instructions and training on hirify.global systems and applications.
• Work with After Market, Sales, and Customer Project Engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment, spare parts, and maintenance contracts.
• Build long-term customer partnerships through a close-to-customer service approach.

Requirements

• Degree in mechatronics or electronics, combined with mechanical experience.
• Certificate for working with high voltage and wiring is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Fluent Swedish and English are required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of PLC systems.
• Knowledge of German, Danish, or Norwegian.
