What you will do

• Take engineering responsibility for inverter-controlled electrical drive systems.
• Develop and manage battery energy storage and charging system specifications.
• Maintain technical communication and coordination with current and new suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and business lines.
• Participate in testing activities at company and customer sites.

Requirements

• B.Sc or M.Sc in electrical engineering, preferably specializing in power electronics.
• Minimum of ~3 years of professional experience with inverter-controlled drives.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Readiness for occasional business travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial-level battery energy storage and charging systems.
• Prior experience working with port cranes and their components.
• Finnish language skills.
