Lead Electrical Engineer

Location: Hybrid, based in Helsinki, with travel to project sites as required

What you will do

• Design full power distribution architecture, including utility service entrances, switchgear, generators, UPS, PDUs, and transformers.
• Define redundancy topologies such as N+1 and 2N.
• Design grounding and bonding systems.
• Perform load, short-circuit, and arc-flash studies to validate system safety.
• Coordinate service and interconnection requirements directly with utility providers.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10+ years of experience designing mission-critical or data center electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of redundancy topologies and protection studies.
• Experience coordinating utility service and interconnection.
• Senior to Lead level; full-time and permanent employment.

Nice to have

• Large-scale or hyperscale data center electrical experience.
• Familiarity with construction in the Nordics, including local legislation and authorities.
