TL;DR
Lead Electrical Engineer (AI Data Centers): Designing and owning mission-critical power distribution systems for AI data centers with an accent on utility service entrances, redundancy topologies, grounding, and protection studies. Focus on architecting N+1 and 2N systems, performing load, short-circuit, and arc-flash analyses, and coordinating service interconnections with utility providers.
Location: Hybrid, based in Helsinki, with travel to project sites as required

What you will do
- Design full power distribution architecture, including utility service entrances, switchgear, generators, UPS, PDUs, and transformers.
- Define redundancy topologies such as N+1 and 2N.
- Design grounding and bonding systems.
- Perform load, short-circuit, and arc-flash studies to validate system safety.
- Coordinate service and interconnection requirements directly with utility providers.
Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7β10+ years of experience designing mission-critical or data center electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of redundancy topologies and protection studies.
- Experience coordinating utility service and interconnection.
- Senior to Lead level; full-time and permanent employment.
Nice to have
- Large-scale or hyperscale data center electrical experience.
- Familiarity with construction in the Nordics, including local legislation and authorities.
