Head of Operations – NTAM Technology (Fintech)

Salary: $205,700–$360,100 USD annually

What you will do

• Define multi-year technology strategies, investment priorities, funding decisions, and capability roadmaps for hirify.global Asset Management.
• Lead modernization of platforms supporting client onboarding, investment operations, portfolio accounting, reporting, regulatory processes, and managed accounts.
• Drive cloud adoption, SaaS, automation, AI, DevOps, and modern engineering practices to improve scalability, resilience, productivity, and client service.
• Lead global engineering, architecture, DevOps, quality, and software delivery organizations while developing managers and succession plans.
• Oversee a complex portfolio of business-critical platforms and transformation initiatives, including governance, delivery, risk, vendors, resources, and financial accountability.
• Establish AI capabilities, data governance, architecture standards, secure development practices, and operational performance frameworks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise-scale technology organizations within asset management, investment banking, or related financial services.
• 7+ years of people leadership, including global management of managers.
• Hands-on knowledge of the investment operations lifecycle, including trade management, portfolio accounting, performance measurement, regulatory reporting, and client reporting.
• Experience with at least two of Eagle, BlackRock Aladdin, Sylvan, State Street FundConnect, Kurtosys, and Snowflake.
• Experience building greenfield cloud applications, preferably on Azure, using open architecture, React, Java microservices, and workflow engines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with public and private markets, AI scaling in investment businesses, and engagement with regulators, audit, and risk committees.
