Head of Park Avenue Wealth Management Technology (Fintech)

Location: New York, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $178,690.00–$293,560.00 base pay, with potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define and execute the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Park Avenue and Guardian Wealth Partners.
• Own the architecture and evolution of a cloud-based wealth technology platform integrating planning, portfolio management, digital onboarding, data, AI, APIs, and reporting.
• Deliver scalable capabilities for financial planning, asset aggregation, portfolio tools, client servicing, onboarding, and integrated reporting.
• Lead roadmap governance, investment prioritization, portfolio trade-offs, and end-to-end technology delivery.
• Ensure strong regulatory, cybersecurity, privacy, resiliency, supervisory, and control frameworks.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams while partnering with business, product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and strategic vendors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior accountability for large-scale digital, wealth management, or financial services platforms.
• Experience defining enterprise technology strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and operating models in complex regulated environments.
• Proven success leading large-scale platform modernization or transformation across architecture, engineering, data, vendors, and business adoption.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management, advisory, broker-dealer, or RIA technology ecosystems, including planning, portfolio management, onboarding, servicing, reporting, supervision, and controls.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence senior business, product, risk, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in modern digital architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, integration, data and AI enablement, cybersecurity, resiliency, and scalable platform design.
