Manufacturing Technician - Fill & Finish (Biotech)

Location: Newark, California, United States; onsite cleanroom laboratory environment

Pay range: $20.80–$28.60 per hour

What you will do

• Perform filling, sub-assembly, kit assembly, and packaging operations with minimal supervision in a GMP environment.
• Verify production job packets and documentation according to manufacturing schedules and GDP requirements.
• Support new product introductions, product validations, back-order jobs, special work orders, and rework activities.
• Maintain laboratory facilities, labware, consumables, waste handling, and inventory organization.
• Resolve operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.
• Perform cycle counts and routine equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and cleaning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company is strongly desired.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, able to multitask, and able to prioritize workload.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks daily.

• Experience working under ISO 13485.
