Manufacturing Associate II (Biopharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, labeling, packaging, and inspection activities for combination products.
• Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and other GMP production documentation accurately and contemporaneously.
• Conduct in-process inspections, line clearances, room preparation, product changeovers, and material reconciliation.
• Support deviation investigations, nonconformances, CAPAs, root cause analyses, process validation, and equipment qualification.
• Train junior associates and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functional teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or combination product manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of cGMP regulations, Good Documentation Practices, and quality system requirements.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and execute batch records.
• High school diploma or GED required; ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, wear PPE including cleanroom gowning, perform repetitive movements, and complete an eye exam.

Nice to have

• Associate degree, technical certification, or coursework in manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience with electronic quality management systems.
• Experience operating production equipment and documenting manufacturing activities in a GMP environment.
