Manufacturing Technician II - Sterile Filling (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA — Ohio — West Chester; onsite cleanroom and controlled production areas

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, adjust, and sanitize sterile filling equipment.
• Service filling machines, manage material flow, perform visual and physical inspections, and collect OEE data.
• Execute filter integrity testing, SCADA and HMI data entry, line clearances, cleaning, and housekeeping.
• Apply aseptic behaviors, participate in media fills and line interventions, and maintain knowledge of monitoring equipment.
• Complete batch records, GMP documentation, logs, inventory reconciliation, and SAP entries.
• Support preventive maintenance, validation and engineering protocols, 5S, problem-solving, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Accurate documentation and data-entry skills, including batch records and logbooks.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow procedures and escalate issues.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced production team and complete required certifications, including aseptic gowning qualification.
• Ability to work in classified cleanrooms, use required personal protective equipment, pass an eye exam, and participate in occupational health requirements.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• At least one year of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP principles, lean manufacturing, Microsoft applications, SAP, or Veeva Vault.
