Manufacturing Technician 1 (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Livermore, California; on-site. Full-time schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Salary: $19.30–$25.36 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and background.

What you will do

• Execute probe card manufacturing processes, including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, testing, and inspection.
• Set up, calibrate, and perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Collect and analyze operating data, make on-line equipment adjustments, and support process optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on tests and experiments to improve production processes and develop new products.
• Assist with training and coaching other technicians.

Requirements

• Less than one year of related experience.
• No formal occupational training is typically required.
• Knowledge of algebra, mathematics, and statistics.
• Cleanroom operations, microscope use, computer literacy, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Manual dexterity, communication, independent working ability, self-reliance, and technical problem-solving skills.
