Sales Support Specialist

Location: On-site at the Fort Lauderdale Sales Office, 3410 Davie Road, Building D, Suite 406, Davie, FL 33314

Salary: $25–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the sales representative team.
• Answer customer calls and respond to sales representative emails.
• Prepare customer quotes and process orders.
• Obtain pricing from vendors.
• Assist sales leadership with reporting and special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years of office experience are preferred.
• Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
