Inbound Sales Consultant (Sales)

Location: Remote, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $19.00–$19.25 per hour, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Handle inbound sales calls from small businesses and identify stated and unstated customer needs.
• Recommend and cross-sell business supplies, promotional items, print marketing, and other services.
• Build rapport and deliver a genuine, engaging customer experience.
• Manage a high volume of daily inquiries while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Navigate multiple PC order systems while communicating with customers and place accurate orders.
• Meet monthly revenue, customer experience, and time-management performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills developed in retail or call-center environments.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to connect customer needs with relevant solutions.
• Accountability for actions, progress, and results.
• Ability to learn and use Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 in a fast-paced environment.
