Associate Inside Sales Representative

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; full-time onsite office position. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $19.38–$29.09 per hour, with eligibility for quarterly bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Answer queue phones and provide customers with requested information, including pricing and shipping dates.
• Enter customer orders into the computer system.
• Handle customer problems and requests and provide effective solutions.
• Provide technical assistance when able and build product knowledge through training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, and similar computer programs.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and strong accountability and dependability.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations with whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence, follow instructions, and interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based information.
• Ability to communicate one-on-one and in small groups and solve customer problems effectively.
