Software Delivery Lead (DevSecOps)

Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado, or El Segundo, California, United States. U.S. citizenship is required, and the position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Salary: $124,400–$170,200 USD annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate software delivery activities across development, cyber, operations, infrastructure, integration, and DevSecOps teams.
• Manage operational acceptance coordination with CFC, SpOC, SSC, mission operators, and other stakeholders.
• Track delivery readiness, dependencies, blockers, release timelines, deployment readiness, and production delivery activities.
• Coordinate releases across heterogeneous development and operational environments with different security, deployment, and mission constraints.
• Develop schedules, Jira workflows, readiness dashboards, status reports, and operational tracking products.
• Drive issue resolution, cross-team synchronization, and practical improvements toward more continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting software delivery, operational integration, mission operations, release management, or systems delivery in DoD environments.
• Experience coordinating software releases, operational deployments, or mission delivery across multiple technical and stakeholder organizations.
• Strong understanding of operational acceptance, mission assurance, Agile methodologies, and iterative delivery environments.
• Experience with Jira, schedules, readiness dashboards, status reporting, Microsoft Office, and stakeholder presentations.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, cloud-native environments, or continuous operational validation.
• Experience with SATCOM, mission systems, operational C2, Scrum of Scrums, or Program Increment planning.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• PMP, INCOSE CSEP, ESEP, or similar certification.
