Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, with limited work-from-home flexibility when on-site support is not required. Standard working hours; no travel required.
Basic compensation: $136,200–$170,200 annually in El Segundo, California. A separate range of $124,400–$155,400 applies to Colorado Springs, Colorado.

What you will do
- Coordinate software delivery activities across development, cyber, operations, infrastructure, integration, and DevSecOps teams.
- Serve as the primary interface for operational acceptance coordination with CFC, SpOC, SSC, mission operators, and related stakeholders.
- Track release readiness, operational dependencies, blockers, schedules, and deployment timelines across multiple environments.
- Coordinate operational integration events, demonstrations, release synchronization, deployment readiness, and production delivery activities.
- Resolve delivery, integration, operational, and stakeholder issues that affect release execution.
- Maintain Jira workflows, schedules, readiness dashboards, status reports, and operational tracking products for leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software delivery, operational integration, mission operations, release management, or systems delivery within DoD environments.
- Experience coordinating software releases, operational deployments, or mission delivery across multiple technical and stakeholder organizations.
- Strong understanding of operational acceptance processes, mission assurance activities, Agile methodologies, and iterative delivery environments.
- Experience using Jira, developing schedules and readiness dashboards, and communicating across government, contractor, technical, and operational communities.
Nice to have
- Active Secret or higher clearance and a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment workflows, DevSecOps, release gating, or deployment validation.
- Experience supporting SATCOM, mission systems, operational C2, Kubernetes-based, or cloud-native environments.
- Familiarity with Scrum of Scrums, Program Increment planning, cATO concepts, continuous operational validation, or operational risk management.
- Program management or systems engineering certifications such as PMP, INCOSE CSEP, or ESEP.
