Information Systems Engineer - NOC

Location: Morrisville, North Carolina, United States; hybrid working environment with in-office and in-person expectations.

Target compensation: 113,050–168,300 USD annual OTE, including potential commission.

What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure, cloud, storage, networking, virtualization, and container platforms.
• Manage incidents, investigate problems, restore services, and support change activities.
• Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Development, and Operations teams.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or platform operations.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Rancher.
• Experience with AWS, networking, hirify.global storage, SAN/NAS technologies, monitoring tools, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD, and repository or deployment platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

• AWS, Kubernetes, or related certifications.
