Pre-Sales Specialist (SaaS): Supporting the Sales team by bridging the gap between customer needs and product capabilities for Enterprise and Public sector clients with an accent on RFP submissions and functional alignment. Focus on requirement elicitation, handling complex procurement projects, and influencing the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

What you will do
- Support the Sales team with insights, expertise, and tools to enable better prospect acquisition.
- Analyze prospect needs and assess functional alignment with 's offering and capabilities.
- Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ submissions in collaboration with Insurance and Product experts.
- Evangelize products and services during the customer acquisition journey.
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform and feed the platform roadmap.
- Coordinate complex customer onboardings leveraging deep knowledge of customer requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in France.
- 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Expertise in end-to-end procurement projects involving RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong ability in requirements elicitation and handling objections in complex environments.
- Proven experience in high-level stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Experience in the French Public Sector.
- Experience with HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions.
- Experience in Insurance or Health platforms.
