DC Controller – 3PL (Logistics)

What you will do

• Partner strategically with the DC Manager and participate in the local logistics management team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly and annual financial closing, invoice control, and cost booking.
• Set targets and monitor service levels, sustainability, capacity, stock, shrinkage, and logistics performance.
• Analyse financial results, business cases, market data, investments, and operational risks.
• Develop local controlling tools and methods, improve workflows, and identify scalable initiatives.
• Maintain logistics data quality, administer the local logistics data warehouse, and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience in distribution-center financial and operational controlling.
• Strong analytical ability, business acumen, and understanding of end-to-end DC operations.
• Experience with financial tools and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and goal-setting skills.
