Sr Financial Analyst, RM

What you will do

• Analyze management information and review business results with the finance team.
• Build sophisticated financial models to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate monthly forecasting and variance analysis for regional volume, revenue, variable costs, margins, and manufacturing costs across Asia Pacific sites.
• Lead analysis for annual budgeting, regional variable margin, net working capital, and selling, trading and administrative expenses.
• Prepare net working capital forecasts and collaborate cross-functionally to improve cash flow performance.
• Build and enhance finance dashboards, support pricing and margin analysis, and respond to ad hoc business requests.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting and/or an MBA with a Finance emphasis.
• Minimum seven years of experience in a financial analyst capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, and other analytical tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make decisions and adapt quickly.
• Ability to build trust and gain support across the organization.
