What you will do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyze financial performance.
- Lead annual budgeting, maintain forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee logistics cost accounting, tax filings, regulatory compliance, and external audits.
- Lead and develop the accounting team, assigning work and monitoring performance.
- Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with other departments and provide financial support for strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm; Big Four experience is preferred.
- At least 5 years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably in logistics.
- Experience leading and developing an accounting team.
- Proficiency with financial software, Excel, and Power Query, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
