Finance Manager

hirify.global operates a global finance function supporting business activities across the APAC region.

What you will do

• Contribute to the financial control function covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China, and Australia.
• Manage regulatory, tax, audit, reporting, and filing requirements.
• Support budgeting, outlook planning, AUM reporting, and management reporting through data mining and analysis.
• Identify improvements and automate financial systems and controls.
• Project-manage APAC finance transformation initiatives and provide ad hoc support to the APAC business and global finance function.
• Assist with the development and growth of junior team members.

Requirements

• Chartered accountant with 5–10 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated project delivery, transformation, critical thinking, and problem-solving experience.
• Commercial mindset and experience working with real-life business scenarios, preferably in a regional capacity.
• Advanced Excel skills; practical knowledge of SAP and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with group structure matrices, cost centres, and intercompany processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing demands, and operate independently or within a small team.
