Machine Operator (CNC/Manufacturing)

Location: Youngsville, North Carolina, United States — onsite at the Youngsville manufacturing facility

Salary: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit bonus.

What you will do

• Operate CNC, press brake, or punch equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure production lines receive materials and parts on time.
• Produce neat, orderly, and repeatable finished work.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and in working order.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.

Requirements

• Previous CNC, press brake, or punch operation experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic mathematics.
• Ability to read tape measures.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift 50+ pounds.
• Proficiency in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
