Machine Operator (CNC)

Location: Stuart, Florida, United States; on-site

Salary: $17.00–$23.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and maintain laser and CNC machines.
• Operate drill presses, notchers, and spot welders.
• Collect materials and equipment required for each production process.
• Inspect output to ensure high product quality and report malfunctions or defective parts.
• Follow safety protocols, regulations, and established operating procedures.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge, strong attention to detail, focus, and accuracy.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to use tools and manufacturing machinery.
• Understanding of quality control principles and good communication skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness; ability to stand for a full shift and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience as a laser or machine operator, or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience as a CNC operator.
• Experience with CAD.
