eCom Business Analyst

What you will do

• Connect business and technical teams by investigating, analyzing, and designing holistic solutions.
• Support ongoing e-commerce projects and initiatives, including system usage and performance metrics.
• Define feature requirements, use-case flows, and diagrams to improve User Story clarity and delivery.
• Coordinate feature delivery and scaling activities while improving feedback loops.
• Build and improve the Business Analysis practice across e-commerce systems and collaborate in the Business Analysis forum.
• Research markets and business opportunities with the Product Owner, preparing business cases for decision-making.

Requirements

• Solid experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation, organization, technical, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach and strong written and verbal English communication.

Nice to have

• Experience leading IT projects.
• Business Analysis or Agile certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
