Business Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Remote within Portugal; candidates must reside in Portugal

Salary: €4,000–€4,500 gross per month, including fixed and variable compensation, meal allowance, remote-work allowance, and benefits.

International business and technology integration services company supporting SAP AMS and project services.

What you will do

• Analyse business processes, systems, and their integration with technology.
• Assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
• Develop process models and documentation and present functionalities, configurations, and proposed solutions in workshops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple international teams while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Strong business analysis, process analysis, and requirements-gathering capabilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English at C1/C2 level with active certification.
• Residence in Portugal is required.

Nice to have

• Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off.
• Experience supporting SAP AMS and Project Services.
• Experience as a subject matter expert and supporting less experienced colleagues.
• Experience evaluating tools and methodologies to improve project delivery.
