Business Analyst (Content Management/DXP)

Location: Hybrid in Faro, Lisbon, or Porto, Portugal; office attendance averages four days per week.

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and facilitate client workshops and review customer source documentation.
• Evaluate solution options for technical and business suitability and present proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with Scrum and delivery teams, developers, testers, Project Managers, and Programme Managers through go-live.
• Analyse business systems, map processes, estimate analysis work, and recommend efficiencies.
• Support user training, maintain client relationships, and manage escalations affecting client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce, experience, web content management, or Digital Experience Platform projects.
• Hands-on CMS/DXP experience with platforms such as Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar.
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial workflows, publishing workflows, or content migrations.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners, facilitating workshops, and producing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile software delivery, business process mapping, system analysis, package integration, and bespoke development.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organisational, time-management, commercial-awareness, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or brand experience projects.
