Senior Business Analyst – Digital Process & Signature Management (Digital Banking): Coordinating and improving digital banking foundations including process management, electronic signatures, document dematerialization, and electronic archiving with an accent on functional delivery, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory alignment. Focus on drafting risk analyses, designing test strategies and organizational documents, monitoring production activities, and synthesizing complex information into clear deliverables.
Location: Lisbon, hybrid. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do
- Coordinate and monitor PSEE deliveries to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Support business teams with the functional aspects of electronic signature projects and manage change requests.
- Monitor production activities within the squad’s scope and maintain operational excellence.
- Prepare and review risk analysis documents in line with applicable standards.
- Contribute to steering committees, monitoring meetings, functional and organizational design documents, test strategies, and test plans.
- Coordinate with PSEE service providers and other SNI teams, synthesizing complex information into clear deliverables and presentations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or product management in digital or banking environments.
- Strong knowledge of user journeys, banking business processes, and digitalization strategies.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing projects involving multiple teams.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Communicative English is required.
- Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Agile methodology and project management tool experience.
- Certifications in project management or business analysis.
- Experience in European banking or financial sectors.
