Business Analyst (Commerce)

Location: Hybrid role based in Faro, Lisbon, or Porto, Portugal, with office attendance an average of four days a week. Some work at client locations may be required.

What you will do

• Gather and document client requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and assess customer source documentation.
• Identify, recommend, and present technically and commercially suitable solution options.
• Analyse business systems and processes to recommend efficiencies and design solutions.
• Work with Scrum and delivery teams, developers, testers, Product Owners, and end users through go-live.
• Provide estimates and delivery plans, user training, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce, content, experience, or related projects.
• Experience with ecommerce and retail or brand experience.
• Strong client stakeholder and Product Owner management skills, including workshop facilitation.
• Experience with Agile software delivery, business process mapping, systems analysis, package integration, and bespoke development.
• Ability to produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organisational, time-management, commercial-awareness, and business-acumen skills.
