Senior Corporate Recruiter

Location: Houston, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Own hiring delivery for corporate functions including People, Finance, and Business Operations.
• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment design, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Provide compensation trends, competitor mapping, talent-market intelligence, and realistic time-to-fill expectations.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill corporate roles.
• Improve structured interviewing, competency definitions, scorecards, and debrief consistency.
• Deliver a timely, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with substantial corporate-function hiring expertise.
• Experience recruiting senior specialists and leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to constructively challenge senior leaders.
• Demonstrated sourcing expertise, including market mapping, outreach strategy, and talent research.
• Experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure, or regulated environments.
• Experience hiring across the USA and EU, including location, compliance, compensation, leveling, and market-benchmark considerations.
