Learning Facilitator - Sales

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; four days onsite and one day remote per week

Environmental services company providing recycling, waste management, special waste, hazardous waste, and field services across North America.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging and interactive learning sessions and workshops using in-person and virtual formats.
• Work with business, HR, and Learning & Development stakeholders to align content with learning objectives.
• Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback.
• Adapt instructional methods to support participant learning goals.
• Gather feedback and improve training programs and delivery methods.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in industry, learning delivery, instructional design and development, or an equivalent area.
• Experience working within a corporate team environment.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and learning management systems.
• Availability to work onsite in Phoenix four days per week, with one remote day.
