Location: Hybrid work at or near Fort Bragg, North Carolina, with virtual delivery across the Southeastern United States and U.S. East Coast region.

What you will do

• Develop lesson plans and deliver briefing skills training in classroom and virtual settings.
• Teach participants to prepare, organize, and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive briefings.
• Cover audience analysis, message development, information prioritization, public speaking, presentation design, and executive communication.
• Conduct assessments, presentation exercises, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Integrate adult learning methods, LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, and interactive exercises.
• Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements for the USARC Civilian Leadership and Development Program.

Requirements

• Availability for hybrid on/off-client-site and virtual delivery in the CONUS Southeast region is required.
• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Relevant DOD or military-sector experience and NACI eligibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.

• Instructional certifications.
• Experience with professional and management development training.
