Team Building Training Course Instructor

Location: Hybrid delivery at or near Fort Liberty, North Carolina, and virtually across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast

What you will do

• Develop lesson plans and deliver one-day, eight-hour team-building instructor-led training and workshops.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual instruction using experiential learning, interactive exercises, and team assessments.
• Teach practical methods for building trust, improving communication, strengthening collaboration, and fostering accountability.
• Provide coaching and feedback while supporting conflict resolution, employee engagement, and high-performing team development.
• Conduct assessments, collect survey feedback, and support curriculum updates and improvements.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Relevant Department of Defense or military-sector experience, preferably supporting civilian leadership and development programs.
• NACI eligibility required.
• Ability to use learning management systems, audiovisual technologies, Microsoft Office, and related business tools.

Nice to have

• Instructional certifications.
• Experience with performance-based learning methodologies and applied team-based activities.
