General Maintenance Technician - Guam International Airport

Location: Tamuning, Guam, United States; onsite airport work

Salary: $13.50 per hour

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain passenger boarding bridges, related equipment, and facility systems.
• Assist trade technicians with maintenance operations and corrective repairs.
• Record accurate maintenance information in the CMMS system.
• Drive and operate golf carts, company vehicles, forklifts, tugs, and lift trucks.
• Work on the airport ramp around aircraft and in confined baggage conveyor areas.
• Follow company safety programs and complete required training.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of related experience in equipment maintenance and maintenance operations.
• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Basic understanding of PLC control systems and ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ability to obtain an airport security badge and work first, second, or third shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Familiarity with airport operations.
