Digital Senior Analyst (Healthcare Data Management)

Location: Chicago, United States — 550 Van Buren. Willingness to travel up to 50% may be required depending on the project.

Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually. The role is also eligible for annual incentive compensation, with total estimated compensation of $93,500–$104,500.

What you will do

• Analyze healthcare data, client documentation, and stakeholder interviews to assess current-state operations.
• Develop value stream maps and current- and future-state process designs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and define data management modernization strategies.
• Develop recommendations, business cases, and ROI analyses for proposed initiatives.
• Create executive summaries and formal deliverables in PowerPoint and Word.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or management, information systems, industrial or systems engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel workbook writing and formatting skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience working with clients and creating formal documentation and deliverables.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI.
• 1+ year of experience with SQL programming and data sources such as databases, data lakes, or cloud applications.
• Data engineering experience.
• Experience with project management or software implementation processes.
• Strong client management skills.
