TL;DR
Strategy & Operations Analyst, GrowthOps (Workforce Analytics): Supporting recruiting operations by building capacity planning models, workforce reporting, and data-driven resource allocation with an accent on operational efficiency, recruiter productivity, and cost per hire optimization. Focus on developing staffing models, analyzing utilization and performance data, and creating executive-level reporting for strategic decision-making.

Location: New York, NY; must work four days per week from the New York City office

Salary: $91,000–$115,000 base compensation per year; target total cash compensation including bonus is $100,000–$127,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Support recruiting operations through scalable processes, systems, and strategies.
  • Maintain capacity planning models to forecast staffing needs and productivity targets.
  • Analyze operational data to improve resource allocation and utilization across recruiting teams.
  • Identify headcount efficiency opportunities and optimize cost per hire.
  • Build workforce management reporting covering staffing models, utilization, and performance analytics.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and data-driven insights while partnering with business stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of relevant professional experience, including experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or strategy and operations at a high-growth company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and fluency in Excel, including building models from scratch.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work four days per week from the New York City office.

Nice to have

  • SQL or business intelligence tool experience, including Tableau, Hex, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Talent tools.
