Air Export Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: 795 Jubilee Dr, Peabody, MA 01960, USA; onsite role

Base pay: $55,000–$65,000 per year, eligible for bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day air export operations, including quotations, local charges, agreement pricing, Breakbulk, Gateway, and pricing activities.
• Plan team huddles and monthly meetings, delegate workloads, and support market intelligence discussions.
• Support new-business transitions, existing-business updates, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Assist with revenue growth, account receivables, vendor payables, intercompany accounting discrepancies, credit procedures, and department profitability.
• Onboard employees, set goals, provide feedback, monitor development, and support training and performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, government regulations, and trade compliance requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must work at the Peabody, Massachusetts location.
• Four years of industry-specific knowledge and experience in global logistics.
• Fluent English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage air export operations, team workloads, financial controls, compliance, and employee development.

Nice to have

• Graduate of an IATA/FIATA introductory course.
