Senior Export Associate (International Logistics)

hirify.global Industrial Coating Solutions manufactures equipment for powder coatings, liquid paint, adhesives, sealants, and food and beverage container production.

What you will do

• Complete export documentation, including shipper’s letters of instruction, invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinate international shipping arrangements with freight forwarders, shipping teams, customer service, and external customers.
• Ensure export administration and control activities comply with government regulations.
• File accurate and timely Electronic Export Information.
• Document and maintain work instructions for job-specific, customer-specific, and country-specific requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years of experience in shipping, logistics, international shipping, and/or export operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced office environment.

Nice to have

• Degree in a related field or export-related certifications.
• Previous SAP experience.
