Data Management Solution Consultant (Associate)

Location: Chicago, United States

Base salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year; total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $120,750–$149,500.

What you will do

• Gather business and technical requirements and support data management architecture design.
• Configure master data, data quality, governance, stewardship, workflows, and role-based access controls.
• Develop data mapping, validation, cleansing, enrichment, matching, survivorship, and golden record rules.
• Integrate data management solutions with ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise applications.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, data validation, and UAT testing while resolving defects and anomalies.
• Create technical documentation, train users and data stewards, and support post-implementation improvements.

Requirements

• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Master data management experience covering match tuning, data modeling, stewardship, and work queue design.
• Experience with data integration, mapping, sourcing, transformation, and process orchestration.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, testing, and validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering data management solutions using governance, integration, and master data management platforms.
