Business Intelligence Manager (CCH Tagetik)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Waltham, Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, or Toronto offices; applicants may be required to appear onsite for interviews.

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain CCH Tagetik applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Configure and optimize Tagetik data models, cubes, dimensions, calculation logic, and data loads.
• Develop ETL processes and data integration workflows connecting ERP and other source systems.
• Create and optimize Tagetik reports, dashboards, disclosure outputs, and Power BI reporting tools.
• Analyze financial and operational data, investigate discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders on scalable solutions, governance, controls, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, data technology, accounting, or finance; an IT background is preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience with CPM systems.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and managing CCH Tagetik applications for planning and reporting.
• Deep understanding of FP&A and financial reporting concepts.
• Knowledge of databases, data warehouses, business intelligence design, and data querying; Fabric experience is preferred.
• Experience with data imports, transformation rules, ERP/source-system integration, Power BI datasets, dashboards, data modeling, and system optimization.
