Business Systems Analyst II

Salary: $81,470–$122,206 base salary annually, plus a performance-related bonus plan.

Electronics materials and solutions organization serving wafer-level packaging, circuitry, electronics assembly, advanced materials, and related manufacturing markets.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, gap analyses, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation documentation.
• Configure, support, and maintain ERP/JD Edwards applications and related business systems for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Lead system testing and user acceptance testing, troubleshoot process and system issues, and support deployments and post-implementation stabilization.
• Design and maintain business reports, dashboards, KPIs, Power BI solutions, and Sequel Viewpoint analytics.
• Lead workflow optimization, automation, change management, root-cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities, deliverables, training, testing, stakeholder communications, milestones, risks, and progress updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience supporting ERP systems, supply chain, manufacturing, reporting, business systems, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with JD Edwards manufacturing and distribution applications.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, Sequel Viewpoint, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, manufacturing processes, data analysis, KPI development, dashboards, workflow automation, and change impact assessment.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality principles, master data management, requirements gathering, and functional specifications.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power BI or Power Platform certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• APICS CPIM certification.
• Business analysis training or certification.
