What you will do
- Prepare and modify electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Develop layouts for power distribution, relay panels, lighting, and control systems.
- Assist engineers with one-line and three-line diagrams, control schematics, panel schedules, load calculations, and equipment layouts.
- Coordinate build details with mechanical, structural, vendor, and project teams, and integrate equipment specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, prepare ECO and BOM materials, and support project deliverables through construction.
- Manage small and selected large-scale projects independently and participate in Lean and product development activities.
Requirements
- Three or more years of electrical drafting or build experience.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD Vault.
- Advanced knowledge of Product Data Management, ECO, and product development processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to identify project materials and information independently.
- Ability to assemble engineered build packages with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A two-year technical degree in drafting or development is preferred.
